Having bounced around the country a bit over the last 10 years or so, Jason now finds himself living on the Southcoast of New England, in Providence, RI, where the music scene is full of talented people, and the art scene is teeming with upcoming artists.
"For the last 4 years I mostly put music aside and got a "real job" growing vegetables. There isn't much that can beat the experience of becoming a farmer. There is also something magical nowadays about telling people you are a farmer. It gets people's attention! Everyone has some sort of envy for farmers because everyone wants to live a quiet country life, living off of the land. Even if my experience as a farmer wasn't as quiet as you may imagine, it was an absolutely awesome, and deeply educational experience.
Now gone and left the world of farming for various reasons, Jason is turning back to his actual trade...music. "I'm happy to be playing music again and I am excited to dig into it more. I've been writing a lot of songs and want to see them develop."
Jason is about to embark on the recording of his second album, a completely instrumental album. "I hope to have the album released in the Spring of 2012. I am fundraising for the resources necessary to get into the studio and produce a disc through Kickstarter online. Please check it out!"
